About

I, Prudhvi Avuthu, am working as Project Manager for Zensar Technologies. I am very passionate about exploring and learning new technologies and would love to share what I have learnt with others. As a famous adage goes “Behind every man’s success there is a woman..” which is very true in my case as I am lucky to get Haritha as my life partner who has always been supportive and encouraging in all my endeavors. As we both work in Oracle Applications, we share and discuss our ideas and experiences.
Clients that I have worked with so far:
Logitech, CA (current)
Agilent Technologies, CA
Bechtel Corporation, AZ
American Bar Association, IL
Ventana Medical Systems, AZ
Fellowes, IL
Roche, AZ
History:
I have done my Masters in Computer Sciences. During the course of my study, I used to spend most of the time with people (especially my uncle) who work in Oracle Applications and I ended up listening to their discussions about Oracle Applications. That is when I started exploring it and was amazed by the functionality. Ultimately I decided to choose Oracle Applications as my career path.
Once I graduated, I began my training and it’s then I realized how vast and deep-rooted Oracle Applications is. There was tons and tons of material to go through to get an understanding of each module. I had a very difficult time trying to understand where to start with and how to get along. At that time I only wished if I could find some abridged tutorials that give you a step-by-step explanation along with screen shots. But once I began to master it, the concepts behind Oracle Applications got more and more interesting to me. My passion to learn new technologies, hurdles that I underwent during my training and my love to share my wisdom led to the inception of ERPSCHOOLS.
Mission:
ERPSCHOOLS mission is to share Oracle Application’s knowledge with one and all and also make it a platform for others to distribute theirs too.
Acknowledgements:
The launching of ERPSCHOOLS wouldn’t have been possible with my efforts alone. All through this journey, which was a learning experience, I had many supporting hands. I would like to take this opportunity to thank one and all who have helped me to get ERPSCHOOLS on board. I am thankful to my good friend Sudhakar, best friend Madhan, my beloved wife Haritha, my friend Aishwarya, website developers Abhi and Sunil. My sincere thanks to Srinivas Bonthu and Jithendra Pai for their continuous advise, support and encouragement. Last but not the least, my hearty thanks to all users and authors of ERPSCHOOLS. Once again, I would like to thank all those who have directly or indirectly helped me with ERPSCHOOLS.

Meanwhile, I was wondering if you can extend some help on some things we are looking for. Any help is much appreciated. We are starting a R-12.1.3 implementation which includes modules like OSN, Supplier Hub, Supplier Life Cycle Mgmt, iProc Punchouts, etc. If you an provide any technical documents (or any information – tech / func) in support of these functionalities, that will really help us.
Thanks!
