cmd<\/p>\n<p>Then navigate to the directory<\/p>\n<p>SOA_HOMEbpelbin<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" 2: Using JDeveloper<\/p>\n<p>Open jDevelper and open Create Database Connection wizard<\/p>\n<p>Navigation: File &gt;&gt; New<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\"
