Steps involved involved in back to back order process in oracle apps<\/p>\n

  1. Enter Sales Order<\/li>\n
  2. Book Sales Order<\/li>\n
  3. Progress Sales Order to create Supply Order<\/li>\n
  4. Requisition Import<\/li>\n
  5. Create Purchase \/ Inventory Receipt<\/li>\n
  6. Pick Release Sales Order<\/li>\n
  7. Ship Confirm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Navigation: Order Management Super User >> Orders, Returns >> Order Organizer<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Enter Customer name and remaining fields will populate automatically from customer data<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Navigate to “Line Items” tab<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Enter Item and Quantity information<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Save: Ctl + S<\/p>\n

    Current Status of Sales order will be “Entered” both at Header level and Line Level<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Click on “Book” button and a pop up will confirm<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Status on Order header will be changed to “Booked” and Line level status will be “Supply Eligible”<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Keep Cursor in Line Status field and right click to bring a new menu. From the menu select “Progress Order” option<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Select “Create Supply Order \u2013 Eligible” option<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Order line status will be changed to “External Req Requested”<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Navigation: Purchasing Responsibility<\/p>\n

    Navigation: View >> Requests >> Submit a New Request >> Single Request >> Requisition Import<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Leave default parameters as it is and click OK.<\/p>\n

    Navigation: Order Management Super User >> Orders, Returns >> Order Organizer >> Query SO >> Line Items<\/p>\n

    The Sales Order line status will be changed to “PO Open”<\/p>\n

    Click on “Actions” and select “Supply To Order Workbench”<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    You will see a new window as shown below.<\/p>\n

    Click on “Purchase Order” link<\/p>\n

    Purchase\"\"<\/p>\n

    Purchase Order Number will be found under “Doc Num”<\/p>\n

    Navigation: Purchasing responsibility >> Receipts<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Select the organization into which we need to receive the item<\/p>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    Enter Purchase Order number and click Find buttion<\/p>\n

    Select the “check box” on the left and enter “Sub Inventory” into which you would like to receive the quantity<\/p>\n

    Save: Ctl + S<\/p>\n

    Navigation: Order Management Responsibility >> Sales Order form >> Query SO >> Line Items<\/p>\n

    The status of line will be “Awaiting Shipping”<\/p>\n

    From here on we will need to follow normal “Order to cash” cycle flow.<\/p>\n
