We can transfer material across inventory organization through Internal Requisition \/ Internal Sales Orders<\/p>\n<p>2. Inter-Organization Transfer from Inventory Application.<\/p>\n<p>Navigation: Inventory Responsibility &gt; Transactions &gt; Inter &#8211; Organization Transfer<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-inter-org-transfer.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Select M1 organization from the Org List if you already haven&#8217;t selected.<\/p>\n<p>Enter the Organization to which you would like to transfer the material. In this case we would like to transfer material to Boston warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-inter-org-transfer-1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click Transaction Lines button and enter item information.<\/p>\n<p>Choose\u00a0 sub inventory , Locator or both source organization and destination organization.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-inter-org-transfer-2.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the item is either Lot controlled or Serial Controlled enter the necessary information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-inter-org-transfer-3.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click Done and Save the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Now the Transaction is initiated in Seattle organization, Next step is to receive the material in Boston Organization.<\/p>\n<p>Navigation: Inventory Responsibility &gt; change Organization<\/p>\n<p>Select M2, Boston Manufacturing Organization before processing to creating Inventory Receipt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-chg-org-.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Create Inventory Receipt in Boston Organization<\/p>\n<p>Navigation: Receiving &gt;Receipts<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv_receipts.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Query based on item number or Order number<\/p>\n<p>Enter the serial number which is received and Save the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" alt=\"Oracle Inter organization transfer\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/4209_inv-receipt-m2.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once Inventory Receipt is created and material is received into Receiving area we need to move this material into warehouse by creating &#8220;Receiving Transactions&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Creation of &#8220;Receiving Transaction&#8221; is not required all the time, it depends on what type of &#8220;Receipt Routing&#8221; you are following for the selected item. If the Receipt Routing is standard then we need to create Receiving Transaction.
