Alternately you can also create a new records by going to File &gt; New<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4498\" alt=\"nav3\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav3.png\" width=\"225\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Say you want to add new responsibility to user OPERATIONS. Open the Users form ad query for the user Operations.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4499\" alt=\"nav4\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav4.png\" width=\"606\" height=\"406\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To add a new responsibility to this user, click the New Icon. This will create a new line in the responsibility tab where you can key in the responsibility details.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4500\" alt=\"nav5\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav5.png\" width=\"606\" height=\"408\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Save Icon:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4501\" alt=\"nav6\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav6.png\" width=\"40\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a> This is used to save the work you have done so far in the form. The save icon looks like the one highlighted in the below screenshot.<br \/>\nIn the above example of adding responsibility to user, after entering the responsibility, you have to click on Save Icon only then the responsibility will be added to the user.<br \/>\nYou can also save by going to File &gt; Save.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4502\" alt=\"nav7\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav7.png\" width=\"225\" height=\"315\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Show Navigator Icon:<a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav8.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4503\" alt=\"nav8\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav8.png\" width=\"33\" height=\"29\" \/><\/a><\/span>Clicking on this will take you to the Navigator window. Navigator is nothing but a list of forms and pages that you can access using the responsibility you are in.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav9.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4504\" alt=\"nav9\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav9.png\" width=\"375\" height=\"502\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Switch Responsibility Icon:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4505\" alt=\"nav10\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav10.png\" width=\"33\" height=\"32\" \/><\/a><\/span>This lets you to switch to another responsibility. Clicking on this will open a window which lists the responsibilities you are allowed to access. Enter a valid responsibility name in the \u201cFind\u201d field and click on \u201cOK\u201d. This is used paste any copied text.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Clear Record Icon:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav18.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4513\" alt=\"nav18\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav18.png\" width=\"37\" height=\"31\" \/><\/a>This icon will clear the entire text that has been entered so far in the form.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Delete Record Icon:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav19.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4514\" alt=\"nav19\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav19.png\" width=\"36\" height=\"34\" \/><\/a>This icon will let you delete the current record that is currently displayed in the form.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Close Form Icon:<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav20.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4515\" alt=\"nav20\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav20.png\" width=\"34\" height=\"35\" \/><\/a> This will let you close the current form that you are on.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Help Icon:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav21.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4516\" alt=\"nav21\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav21.png\" width=\"33\" height=\"29\" \/><\/a>This will open up a new window that has detailed information about the form.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Edit Field Icon:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav22.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4517\" alt=\"nav22\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav22.png\" width=\"33\" height=\"33\" \/><\/a>This will help you edit a particular field. You can directly edit the text in the field by placing the cursor in the field. If the text is too long, only a part of it shows up in the field and when you click on this icon, all the text will be seen in a new window as seen in the below screenshot where you can edit the text easily.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav23.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4518\" alt=\"nav23\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav23.png\" width=\"540\" height=\"193\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Export:<\/span><br \/>\nIf you wish to export all the records that are displayed in your current form to your desktop, you can do that by going to File &gt; Export.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Steps to query a particular record from any form<\/span>:<br \/>\nThere are two ways you can do this.<br \/>\nWay 1: If you want to query a concurrent program named \u201cerpSchools Demo Concurrent Program\u201d, follow the below steps.<br \/>\nNavigate the Concurrent Programs window<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav24.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4519\" alt=\"nav24\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav24.png\" width=\"375\" height=\"502\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav25.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4520\" alt=\"nav25\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav25.png\" width=\"606\" height=\"496\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To query either you can go to View &gt; Query By Example &gt; Enter Or Click F11 (keyboard shortcut)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav26.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4521\" alt=\"nav26\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav26.png\" width=\"347\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now the form will appear in query mode as seen in the below screenshot. At this point, you can enter all your search criteria based on which the form will pull up all the records that satisfy the conditions specified.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav27.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4522\" alt=\"nav27\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav27.png\" width=\"606\" height=\"487\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once the form is in Query mode and if you want to come out of it, you should go to View&gt; Query By Example &gt; Cancel. Keyboard shortcut for the same is F4.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav28.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4523\" alt=\"nav28\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav28.png\" width=\"376\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since you want to query for the concurrent program \u201cerpSchools Demo Concurrent Program\u201d, enter \u201cerpSchools Demo Concurrent Program\u201d in Program field.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav29.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4524\" alt=\"nav29\" src=\"http:\/\/erpschools.com\/erps\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/nav29.png\" width=\"606\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Go To View &gt; Query By Example &gt; Run.
