Data files are exchanged in a standard format to minimize manual effort, speed data processing, and ensure accuracy.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI810 (Inbound Invoice)<\/span>: Used to import supplier invoices into your Oracle Payables system for manual or electronic payment.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI832 (Inbound Price \/ Sales Catalog)<\/span>: Used to import supplier catalogs into your Purchasing system.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI843 (Inbound Response to Request for Quote)<\/span>: Used to import supplier responses to your request for quotes into your Purchasing system.<br \/>\nEDI850 (Inbound Purchase Order): Used to import Customer orders into Oracle Order Entry for order fulfillment.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI856 (Inbound Ship Notice \/ Manifest)<\/span>: Used to import supplier ship notices into your Purchasing system as a pre-receipt.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI857 (Inbound Shipping and Billing Notice)<\/span>: Used to import supplier ship notices and invoices into your Purchasing and Payables system as a pre-receipt and unapproved invoice.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI824 (Outbound Application Advice)<\/span>: Used to acknowledge transaction errors to the trading partner for Invoice, Ship Notice\/Manifest and Shipment \/Billing Notice inbound transactions.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI810 (Outbound Invoice)<\/span>: Used to bill customers for goods sold and services rendered.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI820 (Outbound Payment Order \/ Remittance Advice)<\/span>: Used to electronically make a payment, or make a payment and send a remittance advice to your creditors.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI830 (Outbound Planning Schedule)<\/span>: Used to communicate forecast requirements to your suppliers.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI862 (Outbound Shipping Schedule)<\/span>: Used to communicate short-term firm requirements and shipping schedules to your suppliers.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI850 (Outbound Purchase Order)<\/span>: Used to procure goods and services from suppliers.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI860 (Outbound Purchase Order Change Request)<\/span>: Used to request a change to a previously submitted purchase order (PO).<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EDI856 (Outbound Ship Notice \/ Manifest)<\/span>: Used to list the contents of a shipment including departure and delivery data such as carrier, parties involved with the shipment, container, order; product data such as description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, lot and serial numbers; and allowances and charges.
